It’s almost the New Year, and now is a great time to plan a New Year’s celebration with your family! If you already have traditions you love, that’s wonderful. My post from last year tells what my family did to celebrate the New Year and has links to still-helpful resources: Starting and Nurturing New Year’s Traditions.
Below are some great ideas found in cyberspace (which I’ll be adding to throughout the week). These aren’t all Montessori activities, but they’re all good, clean family fun.

Thanks, Anna-Marie! I got my master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies at Sheffield Hallam University. I was lucky to have the opportunity to travel around the UK quite a bit during that time, which was absolutely wonderful! Reading your blog brings back so many amazing memories … what an adventure you must be having! My daughter and I were able to attend Hogmanay in Edinburgh one New Year’s Eve. It was unbelievably fun! I hope you have an amazing New Year, too!
