If you’ve been following my blog, you know that I love Dr. Seuss books. They’re lots of fun and a great way to extend learning in many curriculum areas.
Dr. Seuss promoted phonics. Using the rhyme found in Dr. Seuss books, Dr. Seuss literature-based activities can be an especially fun and effective way to extend phonics instruction. Note: If you’d like to know more about Montessori phonics, check out my DIY Beginning Montessori Phonics for Preschoolers post.
