Association Montessori International of the United States (AMI/USA) started a new site called Montessori Guide. It’s designed to be an online resource tool “with videos and articles that illustrate Montessori classrooms and best practices.” The site is especially designed for Montessori teachers, although it’s a wonderful way to see Montessori in action for teachers, homeschoolers, and parents in general. If you’d like some Montessori inspiration or ideas for the primary (ages 3-6) or elementary levels, be sure to check out the site. An Assistants to Infancy section will be added soon as well.
You’ll find an amazing number of high-quality videos on the site. Here’s a Montessori Guide video showing examples of peer-to-peer learning in the multi-age Montessori classroom:
