KHT Montessori (Updated Information)

Karen Tyler of KHT Montessori is AMS (American Montessori Society) certified and taught an online Montessori teacher training course for people who were unable to take formal Montessori training and Montessori teachers wanting to refresh their Montessori training. Karen has helped so many people through her KHT Montessori course! She retired in 2022. The freebies she generously gave to my readers are still available through my blog posts.

Her set of 12 teaching albums is still available to buy but only through Alison’s Montessori. You can buy the 12 Montessori albums from Karen Tyler (now listed under Alison’s Montessori Manuals) here.

I’m a (self educated Montessori) homeschool mom to 5 precious children and a course like this would be a lovely refreshing inspiration for me and consequently them.

I love to win this giveaway because I really wanted to attend the KHT online course but I can’t afford it, to be honest. I want to learn more from online course because we’ve been planning to homeschool my son. We are doing Montessori at home for awhile now but attending an online course will help us to learn more and deepen our understanding regarding the philosophy.

Thank you so much for the freebies! 🙂

Ive been following this blog for a year now. I decided to home school my son the Montessori way for a year (5 yr) and it was such a great resource. I am looking into becoming certified to work in a Montessori school in the future. Our favourite unit is botany (we have a permanent nature table) and geography.

    Thank you for the opportunity

I would love to win the KHT 12-month course because it will really help me and my kids with our Montessori lifestyle. I have always wanted to homeschool them using Montessori’s approach and although there are so many resources in the internet it would be best to have a formal training on how to properly apply the philosophy. And enrolling to a formal Montessori training will cost me a fortune! As a mom, I feel the responsibility of being my children’s first teacher and I find Montessori as the best learning tool to be that mom and teacher I imagined to be. As I follow my children I see so much potential in their growth and O want to fuel it more by providing them the right environment and process. I would be very glad to win this course so my journey to Montessori living will keep rolling!

Always quality products and engaging activities from KHT. Authentic pictures can make all the difference. Thank you for sharing with other educators.

The ecology unit would be great to encourage my granddaughter to explore and love the world we live in and at the same time learn how to care for our world.

I filled out the Rafflecopter form. My granddaughter is very curious and inquisitive. She wants to know how things work and go together. I would love to be able to work with her to explain properly how to discover the answers for herself and help her become an independent thinker and problem solver. Her parents would love for her to be taught in a Montessori manner, but the options for that in our area are limited. If I could augment, or even oversee, her education I feel it would be a boon to an extremely shy, but self-motivated little girl.

This would be a tremendous asset to my family. I have a 2 and 4 year old and have incorporated many of your ideas into their learning. This would help me deepen my knowledge as well as theirs.

Hi Deb, thank you so much for all the information you provide on your blog/website and YouTube channel, it helped me a lot during the past few years to try and make a difference in my children’s learning and development.
I would love to win the give-away as it would deepen my knowledge and in turn benefit my two girls (3 and 6 years old) even more! Keeping my fingers crossed 🙂

I’d love to win this course! I’m a foster mom, and it would be a great way to help our kids build their self-esteem, and learn how to manage themselves.

I’m so excited for this opportunity! I’ve been following you for years and have loved Montessori even longer. Now I actually gave a toddler & a preschooler and am a stay-at-home Homeschool mom to them and my 13 year old son so I can finally do Montessori with them at home! Hoping I win this!

I find that the Montessori method is so practical and scientific and there’s no better way to educate our young children. I’m most interested in the Physical Science curriculum, when children reach the curious age of asking “why” everyday, an understanding of science concepts will enable them to inquire and learn more about the world around them. Thanks!

I would be most interested in the practical life album. Thank you.

I am very interested in the Montessori method. In The Absorbent Mind, Maria Montessori says “the child has a mind able to absorb knowledge”. I am excited to use the training to learn more and build a positive environment for my toddler where he can explore and expand his mind. Thank you for this opportunity.
(I also submitted the Rafflecopter form as instructed.)

I would most likely study Botany, we live in a mountain and enjoying farming life but most activities here are not appropriate to my 18-month old daughter so she only does basic ones such as watering the plants, coffee cherry picking, cycling, picnic or just strolling around. I would like to take advantage of our place by introducing more nature-related activities suitable for her age through the Botany curicculum.

I am looking forward to botany and other sciences because my kids love these subjects!!!

Montessori transformed me into a better me, it redirected my career path from Architecture to Education but most activities I give to my daughter are practicial life related, I hope to familiarize myself to more Montessori activities. My goal is someday share this experience to other kids in our area, I hope I would have enough guts to introduce this principle to public schools in the future, believing that through Montessori, we can raise or mold a better generation who would someday protect and save our natural environment. – motherfarmerph
