FREE History Cards (Seasons and Clock) from KHT Montessori

August 24, 2017 By Deb Chitwood

Young children need lots of work with history concepts of seasons and clock. I’m excited today to share some Montessori resources that are perfect for both. KHT Montessori is letting me host free seasons and clock 3-part cards and presentations. These pages are part of the history manual from KHT Montessori.

KHT Montessori (Updated Information)

Karen Tyler of KHT Montessori is AMS (American Montessori Society) certified and taught an online Montessori teacher training course for people who were unable to take formal Montessori training and Montessori teachers wanting to refresh their Montessori training. Karen has helped so many people through her KHT Montessori course! She retired in 2022. The freebies she generously gave to my readers are still available through my blog posts.

Her set of 12 teaching albums is still available to buy but only through Alison’s Montessori. You can buy the 12 Montessori albums from Karen Tyler (now listed under Alison’s Montessori Manuals) here.

My little guy is currently obsessed with letter sounds and the alphabet. I would love to get a look at the language album.

I would be beyond excited to be able to use the manuals to teach my child. I am new to Montessori. I took your course. It was extremely helpful, but this would be super helpful.

I’m fairly new to Montessori so this giveaway would be so helpful in getting organized planning how to start with my preschooler and infant. Thanks for this opportunity!

I am starting my Montessori Homeschool journey with my 2 and 3 year olds. I would love to have the knowledge provided by a structured training program instead of the piecemeal version I have been getting so far as I read and learn from different sources.

I would like to use Math material, because the approach in teaching is very different from the one used in public schools.

I have started basic Montessori training, so everything seems sooo interesting to me! But I could start with Sensorial – seems like there are a lot of creative materials and uses!

Zoology seems interesting – my daughter loves animals and she could be very interested to learn more!

It’s a bit difficult to choose as all are great.

If we had to choose one, we would love to win geography!

It’s the most interesting for us and we can use it for both kids and even mix different topics like character (culture) and food (math and science through cooking).

We would love to win this!!

This would be great for my two kids. I am applying the Montessori method whenever I can and hopefully we can win this to guide us if we are doing the right thing.

My children love their independent and interest-led learning so far and hopefully I can homeschool them all the way.

Tha k you so much for this opportunity!

I am preparing to homeschool my 4-year old (and 2-year old) this year using Montessori activities. I am so excited about the possibility of teaching him to read, and I love all the hands on learning for geography, science, practical life, sensorial, etc. I would love to win and receive training to improve my teaching abilities as I work with my two children.

I am most excited about the Astronomy album because it is what I know the least about, so I could learn right alongside my daughter.

I would love to win this! I just pulled my daughter from public school after having a horrible first three week experience. I’ve followed your blog for the past 4 years, hoping to one day homeschool, but I’ve lacked the confidence. Now that I don’t have another choice, I would love to have a curriculum/guideline from a site I trust.

so wining the giveaway and taking a Montessori training would be a great opportunity for me and my kids.

This awesome giveaway would help me homeschool my four children. The KHT geography album was super for our family and I’m convinced that the rest are the same. If I hadn’t been struggling with a very limited buget I would have purchased them already . But now I’m happy to have a chance to win them.

I love Montessori and I have been reading and trying to use some materials for the last 3 years, I do not have an official training and I would love to start to learn more and more intensely – this course seems great!!! Thank you!
