KHT Montessori (Updated Information)

Karen Tyler of KHT Montessori is AMS (American Montessori Society) certified and taught an online Montessori teacher training course for people who were unable to take formal Montessori training and Montessori teachers wanting to refresh their Montessori training. Karen has helped so many people through her KHT Montessori course! She retired in 2022. The freebies she generously gave to my readers are still available through my blog posts.

Her set of 12 teaching albums is still available to buy but only through Alison’s Montessori. You can buy the 12 Montessori albums from Karen Tyler (now listed under Alison’s Montessori Manuals) here.

I homeschool and incorporate Montessori methods as much as possible. This would be an amazing opportunity for myself and my children to win this. It would really enhance their education so much!

Our girls would love this! We recently relocated and the nearest Montessori school is over an hour away and, sadly, not an option for us anymore. Free online resources have been great but having an organized curriculum would be amazing.

I’d love to win! There are no Montessori schools or preschools where I live and it would be wonderful to help my little explorers enjoy learning about the world.

I’ve been using Montessori methods to teach 2-3 year olds for a little more than a year, and Montessori is amazing!!! I have three grown children and a granddaughter who is 2, and all the principles it takes to foster a love of learning, problem solving, and perseverance is built into what I know about Montessori. After 16 years of teaching 4th grade, I now have 2-year-olds who are more engaged and self-regulated than I did with my 10-year-olds. I want to bring the excellence of Montessori to my grandchildren and students!

Thank you so much for the chance!

It was only in my search for ways to teach my children that I came across Montessori and couldn’t get enough! At the time there were so few resources; no internet, no library, no bookstore, etc. The closest bookstore was over an hour away and I would grab up all I could find. I even had to make my own teaching aids… 🙂 Even with my primitive applications, it was incredible how my children absorbed learning!! It even helped my son when he struggled in junior high to go back to basics…. I want to win the course because I now have grandchildren who need this; plus my daughter has decided to home school her 5 children; is involved with a big home-school group who need this; and I want to finally learn how to do it correctly to share with the many children I work with, advise, mentor, etc. THANK YOU SO MUCH for offering this! It’s truly exciting and the possibilities are limitless!!!

I need as many tools in my teaching toolbox, so that I can reach every student. I love the hands on aspect of Montessori.

I am a new mom looking to home-school after growing up in public school myself. After much research, Montessori is the way I’d like to go, but we don’t have any schools nearby. We live in a remote farming community and would like to bring Montessori learning to our family as well as the families of children that live around us, so we can all benefit. It would be nice if home-school materials were tax deductible because they cost so much. I look forward to sharing with the neighborhood families so we can all learn.

I’m a new mom. I have been researching alot on how to provide good life learning experience to my son. Based on my research, Montessori is very inline with the morals and values that I would like my son to experience and grow. I strongly believe KHT Montessori course is the best learning platform for me and my son.

I am interested in the reading component of this program. My kids are currently attending a Montessorino school which only goes to 5 years old. Want to home school.

I’m really interested in the language and math subject areas because I feel like those are so uniquely Montessori that it would be great to have albums for those areas.

I’d love to win this! We’re a military family without access to a Montessori school so I plan to homeschool my little guy and this would really help with my confidence in doing so. Fingers crossed!

I used to homeschool my kid but after a familiar crisis and starting take her to a traditional school I feel lost and unhappy with this aspect of our lives, I’d love to turn back to the “good path”.
