    I love how much information they get out to women about heart disease, since it’s not as well publicized as men’s heart disease.

    The AHA does a great job in educating people to stay healthy, be active, and have a balanced diet.

    They do a lot to raise awareness and teach about heart issues to children and adults alike.

    I think the AHA does a great job of involving children and helping them learn how to stay active and healthy. For instance, my kids used to always get very involved in the annual Jump Rope for Heart events.

    I would love to have one of these for my little guy. The AHA is a great resource for those of us who want to avoid needing some of their resources. I love the recipes, too!

    Our nation is so greatly affected by heart disease so I am so proud of this organization for making us more aware of our need to be heart healthy and how we can better take care of our hearts!
