Children are typically fascinated by invertebrates. Invertebrates can also be a perfect theme for spring or summer. I’m excited today to share some Montessori resources that are both fun and educational for spring or summer (or any time of year). KHT Montessori is letting me host free invertebrate cards and presentations, including bug activities. These pages are part of the zoology manual from KHT Montessori.

Free Invertebrate Cards and Presentations, Including Bug Activities from KHT Montessori
These are free instant downloads, courtesy of KHT Montessori!
You can download Zoology – Invertebrates – Introduction and Cards here. These materials can be used to discuss the characteristics of invertebrates and prepare an invertebrate basket.
You can download some great bug activities (Zoology – Invertebrates – To Borrow a Bug and Building a Bug House) here. I love that the first activity reinforces the concept of invertebrates, the vocabulary that bugs are insects (and invertebrates), and the idea that we just borrow bugs and return them gently to their homes. The second activity gives a tutorial for making a simple bug home and discussing what a bug needs to live.

I would love to receive this gift. It will be great information that I can use to enhance my classroom and help me become a more effective teacher and better serve my students.
I would love to win because I think you always have great information on your site and I want to learn more!
I believe Math would be most helpful for me. I find this to be one of the more difficult areas and would love to build my confidence on facilitating those materials more effectively.
I want to win as I have recently begun working in a Montessori school and I feel that this would be extremely beneficial for me
Hello! I am a stay at home mom to a 4 year old, 2 year old and currently expecting in the fall! We have embraced a Montessori lifestyle here at home and my daughter currently attends a Montessori preschool part time. I would love this to help further my understanding and facilitating of Montessori methods here in our home. I feel furthering my education with allow my children to have more fruitful childhood experiences while spending more time here at home with us rather than extended amounts of time away from us in a school setting. Thank you for the chance to win!
I am a single mom who just started a small pre-school program with another teacher… She is incredible– and is the one with Montessori credentials. I have been teaching for almost 20 years but I come with a Reggio-Emilia background and I would LOVE to have the opportunity to take this course!
This would be really helpful with our class this fall!
I would love to win to learn more about how to approach math using Montessori methods
I would love to learn more about how I can incorporate Montessori principles into our homeschool.
My 3 daughters all went through Montessori until high school. I strongly believe in this teaching method. I have 3 granddaughters now, the oldest just completed her first year of Montessori. I would like to start the younger ones earlier, at home. Also I would like to volunteer at the 4 yr. old’s school.
Right now an online Montessori course would be ideal for me since we do not have training available up here in Alaska.
I would love the practical life album!
I would love to win as my oldest is on the cusp of learning so much and I am at a loss as to what direction to go with her. I am researching as much as I can and love the Montessori philosophy but I am sure I am not applying it correctly as I have no idea what to do. But even with the little I am able to do, she has already mastered so many skills!
I would love to learn more about the Math and language.
I would love to win the Montessori course to use at home with my one. What fun! 🙂
I would love to win because we just started homeschooling!
I would love to win because it is a great resource to equip myself as a SAHM who cant afford otherwise!

I WOuld love to learn more about the practical like section!
I would love to win this because it would be a huge help in to hi homeschool journey!
