Montessori Compass is designed to help Montessori teachers and schools keep records and communicate with parents easily and efficiently. It’s available for schools with infants-grade 12.

You don’t even need to be a techie to appreciate Montessori Compass. The interface is amazingly easy to use, and everything is autosaved so you can’t accidentally delete something important. Information is easy to edit with a minimum number of clicks needed to use everything. There are great templates with the site, although you can customize as well.
Montessori Compass isn’t just wonderful for teachers and schools … it’s also wonderful for Montessori parents! Montessori Compass helps you understand Montessori education through a directory of Montessori works and gives you a way to know what your child is doing at school. I watched the demo and find Montessori Compass much more user-friendly than another record-keeping software product that I have tried. I love the capabilities for planning lessons, and for all the options for writing progress reports.

Montessori Compass – easy to go around
My husband and I homeschool our 7 children. We would love to have an iPad 2 with the built in camera to use with some of the educational apps that we’ve found. We especially like the Star Walk App that will put the sky right on your iPad when you point your iPad to the sky. We love the Charlotte Mason and the Montessori Methods of teaching our children and are so amazed at the wealth of infomation available at our fingertips in this time in history if one has the proper resources to tap in to it.
