You don’t even need to be a techie to appreciate Montessori Compass. The interface is amazingly easy to use, and everything is autosaved so you can’t accidentally delete something important. Information is easy to edit with a minimum number of clicks needed to use everything. There are great templates with the site, although you can customize as well.
Montessori Compass isn’t just wonderful for teachers and schools … it’s also wonderful for Montessori parents! Montessori Compass helps you understand Montessori education through a directory of Montessori works and gives you a way to know what your child is doing at school. Online attendance: Start your day off with a cup of coffee and your easiest task of the day. Student list automatically populates with correct names, based on day of the week. All students are marked present, keeping clicks to a minimum. Absence reasons are customizable, making accurate reporting a breeze. Just check off absent students, watch everything get auto-saved, and enjoy your coffee!
