Free 11-Page Book Study for Montessori Learning in the 21st Century from KHT Montessori

Free 11-Page Book Study for Montessori Learning in the 21st Century from KHT Montessori

Here are Karen Tyler’s comments about the 11-page book study:

“The two chapters I choose talk about The relevance of Montessori in modern times. It covers rethinking about how the brain develops in your children. It talks about our genes and what they contribute. It continues with the prime times in the life of a child where they acquire different kinds of knowledge and skills.

“The second chapter will talk about how children master language. It covers how many of us ‘baby talk’ to babies/children and it goes into a timeline so that we can all understand easily how to assist a young child master language…. this chapter talks about how to raise a child up in an environment where more than one language is spoken.

“I believe there is a little something for every person and I hope it excites everyone so that they seek to learn even more!”

This printable is a free instant download, courtesy of KHT Montessori! You can download the 11-page book study here.

Note: You don’t need to buy the book to enjoy the book study. But the book is definitely worth having.

I’ve worked in a Montessori setting before. My knowledge of Montessori philosophy informs my current work as a children’s librarian. I would love to win this giveaway in order to learn even more about Montessori education and continue to infuse it into my work in a public library setting.

I would like to win the course because after 21 years of being an Infant/Toddler Directress, I would like to know more about the next steps that they take in their education. In addition, due to the pandemic, I am no longer able to teach at the small Montessori preschool where I have been for the last nine years. As I look to the future, having a 3-6 certificate would give me more opportunities to return to the classroom.

I would like to win the Montessori course and albums because it is my desire to not only use the Montessori method for my grandchildren but I would like to establish my own program, and use the method with my students. It is my desire to become certified and I have looked at certification programs and find them all very expensive. This course would help me to achieve my desire to become a certified teacher to educate young children using the Montessori method.

I would like to win because I plan on homeschooling my 1 and 2 year olds. I love everything Montessori and it would be a privilege to learn so much about teaching the little humans.

    Hi!
I’d love to win the KHT course because a few months ago we’ve really given thought to homeschooling our daughter. Taking this course would mean being prepared with the knowledge and tools to begin. Thank you for all the resources you’ve share! Love learning what I have and would love the opportunity to on a much larger scale with the KHT course!

I first admired Montessori as an International Admissions counselor for a University. My travels abroad brought me to many Montessori schools, where I found focused, curious, and well prepared students. I, and the faculty , were impressed with these students. Naturally, when I had children of my own, I chose a Montessori program for them to start their educational journey. While my children were enrolled at the school, I began to substitute teach, which lead to a position as an Assistant Teacher. I have been in this role for the past 5 years. Throughout this time my appreciation and interest in the Montessori philosophy has grown tremendously. I have wanted to become a certified teacher for a couple years, but at this time, cannot afford the tuition. Due to COVID, 3 head teachers did not return to the school I work at. They filled these positions with newly certified teachers. I was told that if I was certified I would have been offered a head teacher position. If I were to win this raffle I would be able to pursue my dream of becoming a certified teacher and advance my career.

Wow! This would be absolutely amazing to win! I’m in Australia and trying to get my head around the Montessori way of teaching & this looks like a great course and resource to help with knowing what activities to do in what order! I have a 6yo & a 20mth old that will both benefit from winning this as due to Covid we are all home together in Lockdown. I’m a stay at home Mummy so have all the time in the world to do this but no money to be able to afford it (especially when with the currency conversion)! I really hope to be considered for winning this prize!

I would love to take this Montessori course! I currently work in a Montessori school, but I only have my ECE/Elementary degree and certifciate, not an AMS certicate. I would love more training in the Montessori method!

I have a degree in Early Childhood Education but unfortunately was not taught Montessori. I’ve discovered Montessori as a mom, and have been trying to incorporate it at home with my youngest girls. It would be ideal to do this course and delve into Montessori and finally be able to correctly learn and teach. Thanks for this opportunity!

I would like to win the KHT Montessori online training course and 12 teachers’ manuals because my son (6) was going to be attending a Montessori school for his 3rd year this year, however due to Covid19, we decided to homeschool instead. My daughter (4) was going to start her 1st year. This was an incredibly hard decision to make because I was committed to them completing the 3 year program. I did not want to do distance learning because I knew the teaching method would be so different and I didn’t think that that would be a good first introduction to public school for my son. So, now I am homeschooling and trying my best to incorporate what he has learned over the past 2 years while introducing (and letting him introduce) some of what he learned to my daughter. I know I have a lot to learn (I was so anxious about this at first), but now I am just going to take it step by step. I am reading as much as I can and looking at as many videos as I can, but I feel like this would help me tremendously. I just want to make sure that they do not get behind in their learning and that I am helping them and not being a hinderance or teaching things the wrong way, if that makes sense. This would truly be a God-send!
