I’m a new(ish) Mom with a two-and-a-half year old and a 6 month old. This would be so great to give me a head start on school for these children and all the ones to come!

I would love to win this course! I am starting my 2nd career as a Montessori Teacher (after being out for 8 years as a SAH mom) – but at this point I’m only an aid in the classroom. This training would make me so much more effective! Not only would I be more help to the teachers I would be more help to the children. I love, love Montessori. My 8 year old has been in our Montessori school since he was 3 – he’s now in their elementary program in 2nd grade. My 3 year old had just started! Thanks for the opportunity to enter!

I have two boys – 4 and 2 years . The older has a Sensorial Processing Disorder. To be useful to him, I passed trainings on the method of Maria Montessori, here in Bulgaria, which gave me a good foundation. But I want to upgrade. This year I will join in our Sunday school. I also want to run a playgroup. I have no experience, but I want to spread that gift and touch as many hearts as possible. To do this, I have to be good enough for not leaving misconceptions about this unique method of relationship with the children.

I have been having problems with my son in the public school system since he started going to school. He is constantly being kicked out and has missed much more than he has been to school. I have been considering homeschool for a while, but being the breadwinner, it makes it difficult. Something like this would give me the final push I need to feel more confident.

Well, it took me a while to grasp the main idea of commenting and hope I got it right. I would like to win this prize, because I have two daughters, six and one year old. I tried to do some activities with my older one which can be viewed on my website. I would like to proceed with my younger one in a more professional way. I am really interested in Montessori education, but unfortunately I am not in contact with any Montessori teacher or Montessori mum. There are many Montessori blogs and I like the Living Montessori Now on facebook, which always shares great stuff. As I am on maternity leave, I cannot afford to attend Montessori course away from home. Therefore it would be great to learn something new through this online course. Our local Montessori schools cost over $9,000 per child. With 4 kiddos (and hopefully 1 or 2 more in the future) it’s going to be up to me to give them the Montessori experience. I’m currently reading Absorbent Mind, but training would be wonderful!!

I would really love to win a set like this! Currently, I teach a Grade 3 class in the regular school system, but I like to sneak in an interesting, hands – on activity whenever I can and I’m sure these materials will offer me additional ideas and resources. As well, I am teaching a college course for early childhood education and the Montessori activities for the Casa age group are fantastic! I recently started Homeschooling my 2 year old and conventional teaching isn’t helping. After reading a little bit about Montessori learning I am trying to get more ideas about it to help my children learn without getting frustrated. Having a 2 year old a 1 year old and a 2 month old we are looking at the easiest way for our girls to get a great start in their education without forcing them to do something they don’t want to do.
