I’m so excited to announce another fabulous giveaway sponsored by Karen Tyler at World Wide Montessori Online! I don’t do a lot of giveaways … but Karen Tyler sponsors AMAZING giveaways! I was fortunate to host one of Karen’s course giveaways before, and I’m VERY HAPPY to be able to give another lucky person the chance to win Karen’s Montessori training course and 12 Montessori teacher training albums!
I wrote before about Karen Tyler’s Montessori Training Course and gave you ways to get her wonderful geography album and 3-part botany and zoology cards for free. In Karen’s training course, not only do you receive 12 albums with over 5,000 pages of activities and presentations, but you also receive lectures and can correspond with Karen, a certified AMS teacher, throughout your course. You may schedule Skype consultations with Karen as well. And even though it’s a course that gives you huge amounts of helpful information, there’s no pressure … there aren’t tests or assignments, and you can take the course totally at your own pace.

I would love to win this giveaway as I the manager of a Children’s Home in Tanzania. I am using Montessori methods to homeschool our three toddlers (two with developmental delays) and enhance the education of our nine other children after school. Other than having attended Montessori schools, I have no training myself, so this would be immensely helpful for me and the kids!!

Skill building is not only for children – but teachers as well. If I could afford to I would take any and all courses available – but alas money is an issue – so to win this increadible offer would benefit the many lives I touch each day!
I am planning on homeschooling my preschooler this year and am highly interested in the Montessori methods, but can’t convince my husband to fork up the cash. =) Winning this would be great to help show him how much it is really worth it.

I tried to win this one other time … maybe luck will be on my side this time. I would absolutely LOVE … LOVE to win this giveaway! I have been interested in the Montessori teaching methods for quite some time now. I am a certified teacher and I am currently at home working with my 3 1/2 year old daughter, Alyssa. I considered working at and sending her to a Montessori school at one point, but I personally lacked the knowledge. This would give me the opportunity to go through the training while using it with my daughter and then I could possibly get hired at a nearby Montessori school she could attend. This would be a GREAT experience for Alyssa and I both. She works at an advance level and I think the albums would help me out tremendously now. I have been doing several Montessori inspired activities with her and she seems eager to learn more. I am a lifelong learner myself who is always interested in different teaching methods. I would love to receive the Montessori training and 12 albums. I am a mother and teacher who would love to have the training myself. It would help me better organize my classroom and make learning fun for my students. I can’t afford the training on my own and they say that I make to much for grants or scholarships. Not sure how that is possible. So it would mean the world to me to receive the training and the albums. Thank you!!
I am a homeschooling mom of 5. I use Charlotte Mason philosophy and method with my older boys, which encourages children forming their own relations to the ideas and thoughts and experiences they read about (whole ideas versus pre-chewed materials with all the “important” material already boiled down for them.) I have started following Montessori methods with my two youngest toddlers/preschoolers and am so encouraged with the way these two methods blend! Montessori allows children to form their own relations with the abstract first. Its so beautiful to watch unfold. I have learned so much about my kids as their own persons. I’d love to learn more so that I can pass it on in all the work I do and will do with my children and others!
