I wrote before about Karen Tyler’s Montessori Training Course and gave you ways to get her wonderful geography album and 3-part botany and zoology cards for free. while free materials for limited-finance teachers, like me :), is surely a blessing and a great help, i am also wanting to incorporate more montessori methods in my classroom. i am always on the lookout for d a p, hands-on ways of helping my children become intrinsic learners and more independent. i am finding the montessori ways are a step in that direction. to have all these resources instantly at my fingertips can only enhance my classroom goals and lesson plans.

One of my favorite things to to is to go to garage sales every weekend to seek out resources to enhance my classroom- but they certainly don’t sell Montessori albums at garage sales! LOL We don’t make much money teaching, so getting resources for free is a huge bonus – especially if it helps you to develop and grow as a teacher. Winning these resources would be a blessing for me and my children!
I would LOVE to win this course because my daughter just turned 2 and will be old enough for Montessori preschool next year. I’m planning on learning as much as I can and making/buying the materials in the coming year so we can do our own Montessori preschool at home. This course would be an extremely helpful tool to get us started on the best foot possible. Thanks for the opportunity!
