Hi, i’m a big fan of your blog ever since i’ve come across it. I find your posts very useful and try some of them out with my daughter. She would start going to preschool this year, which is unfortunately a traditional playway teaching method. I want to use this opportunity to formally train in montessori to home-school my daughter in the montessori method. I currently rely on various blogs to read about montessori and it would be another year before i can join a course. I’m going to start homeschooling for my son 6 yrs old and my daughter 2 yrs old. This gift would be amazing for me for cause now we are except in country and my kids were alone because of speaking of non native language here and we could spend time together.
Another reason for me is I’m member of large group of Moms that love Montessori method in teaching kids but in my country Montessori always comes with seriously and discipline for kids although in Montessori kindergarten , i think this isn’t nature of Montessori and this is because of lack of real resource for my country. I would love to win this giveaway! My first four years of schooling were Montessori, and my children started their education in the same school I attended. I am currently teaching in a preschool using the Montessori approach to the extent that observation and research have allowed. Winning this would really bring my entire Montessori experience full circle.
I am a mother of 3. I have a 6 year old in Kindergarten, a 5 year old in preschool and a 4 month old. For the last 4 years I have volunteered in our parish Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program. Three years I spent as an assistant and during the third year I took the Level 1 training and this year I was a Catechist in a Level 1 atrium. During the training I fell in love with CGS and the Montessori Method. I would love to incorporate a Montessori Method in our family living and in my children’s education. The idea of my 4 month old being raised from a young age with a Montessori method in our house is very exciting.
I am a mummy to Caleb (3 years 6 months) and Gabrielle (17 months). I used to be a lazy mummy. I go with what is trendy in the market for my kids’ education without doing my own research. Recently, I took a very bold move to be a stay at home mummy as I have decided to be involved with my kids and be a hands-on mummy. I have heard about Montessori since many many years back. And through an introduction by a friend, I started to do some research about this and I absolutely need to go through this course so that I can start homeschooling Caleb and Gabrielle. This programme will not only benefit my 2 kids but also my 2 nieces and 3 nephews. I plan to introduce the Montessori way to them.
