Information is easy to edit with a minimum number of clicks needed to use everything. There are great templates with the site, although you can customize as well.
Montessori Compass isn’t just wonderful for teachers and schools … it’s also wonderful for Montessori parents! Montessori Compass helps you understand Montessori education through a directory of Montessori works and gives you a way to know what your child is doing at school. The Montessori compass feature of observational record keeping was my favorite. I am a sucker for note taking and organization.
I would like to win an iPad for my lesson planning, record keeping and social communication with my students and their parents. It will also help me in the classroom during lessons and enhancing the topics for discussion with my students.
I love Montessori I have been working for 13 years. I love the amazing the iPad does.
I am entering to win the iPad 2 because my pre-K son is a tad too young to start Kindergarten in the fall, so I plan to homeschool him for a year or two before he goes to public school so that they have to take him at his appropriate grade level instead of at his age level, which is only shy of the cut off by 14 days. This will help us immensely in achieving our academic goals. I believe in the Montessori philosophy, and this tool would be instrumental in developing a Montessori-like homeschool setting.

I just spent a month researching this and bought and returned a Kindle in the process. I want to put my Montessori albums and Montessori books on an e-reader I can use right in the classroom. The Kindle couldn’t do it. I tried my albums on an IPad2 at the store and they worked INCREDIBLY WELL! We just can’t quite afford it 🙁 This would be amazing!
