My son will be starting at a Montessori school here in South Africa in two weeks’ time. We are however planning on moving abroad later this year and I hope to be home schooling. Doing this course will help me continue the foundation the school has started and help him adjust to all the big changes by having the same routine and principles taught in school taught at home.
I currently teach Kindergarten in a public school system and have been using some of the Montessori activities and ideas but want to learn more! I also have two younger children at home who would benefit from this opportunity since I teach them at home and don’t send them to a traditional preschool. We work as a group to teach multi-aged children through Montessori Methods.
