If you have a pond in your backyard or nearby, summer is a great time for a pond unit. And there are lots of wonderful ideas online for a Montessori-inspired pond unit. Most of the activities are appropriate for preschoolers through early elementary. Just choose activities that fit your child’s level and interests.
