Montessori By Mom
Montessori By Mom is a small business started by Nathan and Teresa Hadsall, two teachers who wanted to empower parents to teach their own children using Montessori principles and activities. Nathan and Teresa offer a subscription service, sending a box of themed Montessori materials and activities for 3-6 year olds each month. Everything you need for teaching your child with the materials is included in the monthly subscription. With each box, you’ll get
- Video instruction for many activities (The videos are wonderful! Parents with no Montessori experience can feel comfortable introducing the Montessori activities after watching the video instructions.)
- Video instruction about basic Montessori principles and teaching techniques
- All the materials needed
- Extension activities with other materials from home
- Access to an online forum where you can ask questions and connect with other parents
Montessori By Mom has a Montessori By Mom store where you can buy single toolboxes, activity sets, single items and refills, and printables and videos.

I am always looking for new and easy ways to implement a Montessori approach with my little one.
Practical life and language activities
Very helpful resources to know about! My girls would love the space one!
My favourite is the Learning language activity because it looks like a lot of hands on fun and my daughter will certainly enjoy learning in a different method (other than the conventional way of making her look at flashcards, learning videos, repetition and etc. ) which will hopefully help her speech delay.
Wow! so many of these look just amazing! What a great concept and a fabulous way to support parents! The one about exploring the earth looks great to me — though the scalable distances to the sun comes in a close second. So hard to choose a favorite!
I love the Mad Scientist kit (I already bought it, and it has so many great activities) and I’d love to try the Practical Life kit. Thanks for the giveaway and the information about how you have used these with your grandchildren.
Building and Blocks looks like it would be a hit with my little one.
Oh, gosh, the land and water forms!! One of my favorite works. How exciting!
My favorite was the scale planets from the sun
Practical Life
I really like the shooting sprouts and the helping hands one.
I love the content on the Montessori by Mom website! There’s so much good information and toolboxes too. It’s hard to choose just one. I think the “Helping Hands” toolbox would be perfect for my 1 1/2 and 3 year old daughters. They will love it!
This is awesome! Thanks for the giveaway!
The planet box looks like so much fun!
Dinosaur discovery !
Helping hands and land, water, air practical life activities are my favorites !
My little man is very much into space right now.
Practical life
I love your post
Hard to decide which is my favorite! I like the Shell, Practical Life and the Shoots ones. Great ideas! I have taken care of and taught my grandson for over two years since he was born a preemie and then the pandemic came. Both my daughter, a teacher, and son-in-law have been working from home. Always looking for materials and ideas to teach him from my home. Thank you for all your input and support!
