It’s the 15th of the month, and I have a new post for summer at PreK + K Sharing! Today, I’m sharing links to free printables with an ocean theme that I’ve used to create Montessori-inspired math activities for preschoolers through first graders … and you may take the activities outdoors!
At PreK + K Sharing, I show how I used the printables to create Montessori-inspired activities. I also have links to other posts with helpful ideas and presentations.
Here’s the link to my article at PreK + K Sharing: Montessori-Inspired Ocean Math Activities. (Note: The photos here are only half of the photos in today’s post at PreK + K Sharing.)

Hi, Deb! Those are really fun ideas! My 6-yr-old would enjoy digging in blue sand, but I would have to make the pattern hunt more challenging.
I was just popping in to ask you to vote for my Magical Mouse Schoolhouse on the Circle of Moms contest. I learned about the contest just last week and am trying to make up for lost ground. Already up to #33, but the competition is fierce near the top, lol! Anyway, I’ve been voting for you each day, and I’d love it if you could give me a nudge. Thanks so much!
I love that subtract the fish tray!
